Step 1: Confirm the LED Strip Characteristics
The first step is to confirm the custom features of the strip itself. Here are the options we customize for every order:
PCB Width & Length
PCBs from about 4mm ultra-slim to wide multi-row designs, in custom lengths — 0.5m, 2m, 5m reels or your own spec.
Light Color
Single colors such as white, green, blue, yellow and orange, plus RGB and RGBW multi-color options.
CCT & CRI
Color temperatures from 2000K to 6500K with quality CRI for accurate, comfortable light. See our color temperature guide。

DC12V for runs up to about 5m; DC24V for longer runs from 5m to 10m. Compare in our 12V vs 24V guide。
Lumen & Wattage
Brightness from gentle accent light to high-output task and commercial light — matched to where the strip is installed.

IP20 for dry interiors, IP62/IP65 for damp and outdoor areas, IP68 for underwater. Choose in our waterproof guide。
Logo Printing on PCB
Your logo, production date and batch code printed on the PCB, which also helps trace every order. Minimum quantity for logo printing applies.
For long runs, remember that voltage gradually drops along the strip and can cause dimmer light at the far end. For runs over 5m, 24V strips or additional power injection are usually the better choice — see our guide on avoiding voltage drop。
Step 2: Choose the LED Profile
An LED aluminum profile with a diffuser is the most common way to improve heat dissipation and lighting aesthetics. It protects the strip, makes the light smooth and even, and opens up many mounting styles — surface, recessed, corner, hanging and more. A good profile not only cools the strip and extends its life, it makes the final installation look clean and professional.

Step 3: Select Adapted Accessories
Every strip needs a few accessories to work correctly. We can supply matched parts so your project runs as one system.
Power Supply
Match the voltage (12V or 24V) and size the wattage with about 20% headroom. Our power supply guide walks you through the calculation.

We use quality wire as standard and can supply special cables such as dual-insulation or UL-standard wire on request.

Step 4: Confirm Label, Packaging & Certificates
These finishing details turn a bare strip into a product ready for your market:
Product Label
Print your own label on the strip or the packaging bag, with your branding and specifications.
Packaging
Custom packaging options depending on reel length and LED type — anti-static bags, boxes and more.

Different markets need different certificates, such as CE, RoHS and more. Confirm which you need and we provide them with the order.
Step 5: Trial Production & Mass Production
Once the custom features, profile and accessories are confirmed, your order goes to our engineering and production team. Here is how we take it from drawing to delivery:
PCB Design
Production starts with the PCB design. For the best quality we use double-sided PCBs, which give better connectivity and flexibility, with a conductive metal layer on both sides of the board.
Trial Production & Testing
We prepare a trial custom order and run tests before mass production. This catches issues early and guarantees the final product. Key tests include:
- LED sorting: LEDs are sorted by type and color so light quality stays consistent — anything outside the color tolerance is removed.
- Life test: strips pass through 8 hours of life testing to confirm long-term reliability.
- QC inspection: a manual check removes any defective piece before packaging.
Mass Production & Delivery
When the trial production passes all checks and matches your requirements, we move to mass production. Our supply chain is optimized for timely delivery, and logistics comply with product safety rules for your destination.

▶How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the complexity. After we confirm the specification, we prepare a trial production, then move to mass production — our team will give you a clear timeline with the quote.
▶Can you print my logo on the PCB?
Yes. We print your logo, production date and batch code on the PCB, and we can also print your label on the packaging. A minimum quantity applies.
▶Can I customize length, color and IP rating together?
Absolutely. Length, width, color, CCT, voltage, IP rating, accessories, label and packaging can all be combined in one custom order.
▶Do you provide certificates for my market?
