RGBW LED strips are more powerful than RGB strips, but they also need more power to operate.

1. RGB vs RGBW. RGB stands for Red Green Blue, and RGBW stands for Red Green Blue White. Both are used in the lighting industry to describe an LED color that can be individually controlled. The difference between them lies in the color temperature of the white light emitted by the LED strip. RGBW LED strips generate white light with a lower color temperature than traditional warm white lights, which makes them more suitable for many applications such as stage lighting or spotlighting.

2. How are they different? The main difference is in appearance: if you want a pure white color without any tint, use an RGBW strip instead of an RGB strip, because the latter has a slightly yellow tint that reduces its brightness and light quality compared with true white light sources like sunlight or halogen bulbs.
