RGBW LED Strip is more powerful than RGB strip, but it also needs more power to operate.
1.RGB vs RGBW
RGB stands for Red Green Blue, and RGBW stands for Red Green Blue White. RGB and RGBW are both used in the lighting industry to describe an LED color that can be individually controlled. The difference between them lies in the color temperature of the white light emitted by the LED strip. RGBW LED strips to generate white light with a lower color temperature than traditional warm white lights. This makes them more suitable for many applications such as stage lighting or spotlighting.
2. How are they different?
The main difference between them is their appearance: If you want a pure white color without any tint in it, then you should use an RGBW strip instead of an RGB strip because the latter has a slightly yellow tint which reduces its brightness and quality of light when compared against true white light sources like sunlight or halogen bulbs. Another important thing about these two types of LEDs is their brightness: An RGB strip will have a higher brightness than an RGBW one but only if all colors are turned on at once.
RGBW color-changing LED strips are a combination of red, green, blue, and white LEDs. They can be used in a variety of applications including under cabinet lighting, accent lighting, and more. These lights offer an extremely wide color range with the ability to be dimmed or brightened with remote control.
There are many benefits to using RGBW led strip lights over traditional single-color LED strips. The main benefit is that they allow you to change the color of your lights as desired. For example, if you have a kitchen that needs to match your cabinets or countertops, you can change the color of the strip until it matches perfectly. You could also use this type of light in a bedroom or office where you want to create mood lighting without having to purchase a new set of lights every time you want to change things up a bit.
